We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions from our students and customers
How do the classes work?
Answer: Our classes are live, therapist-led sessions delivered in small groups or 1:1, depending on the program. Each session is interactive and play-based, led by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Children actively participate through games, visuals, stories, and guided practice — not passive screen time.
Who teaches the classes?
Answer: Our classes are designed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and led by trained speech professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants. They focus on building foundational communication skills and supporting carryover into daily life. Many families choose these programs as early intervention, supplemental support, or enrichment to help children build confidence and clarity.
How long are the programs?
Answer: Most programs run 8–12 weeks, with classes meeting 1–2 times per week. Each session is typically 30 minutes, designed to keep children engaged and successful.
Do parents need to attend the sessions?
Answer: Parents do not need to sit in during sessions, but we encourage involvement outside of class. You’ll receive home practice tips to help support progress and carryover in everyday routines.
What technology do we need for online classes?
Answer: You’ll just need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop or tablet works best), and a quiet space for your child to participate.
How do you track progress?
Answer: Our clinicians use ongoing observation and data tracking throughout the program. Families receive feedback and guidance so you can see how skills are improving and how they’re carrying over into real-world communication.
What if my child needs more support?
Answer: If a child needs more individualized help, we’ll guide you toward additional options, including individual sessions or referrals, when appropriate. Our goal is always to meet your child where they are.
