Cancellation and Refund

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Appointments, sessions, or classes canceled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice constitutes a no-show and will be charged in full.

Completed services are non-refundable.

Prepaid packages may be refunded only for unused sessions, subject to administrative processing fees.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ispeax.com.

Exceptions may be granted at iSpeax’s sole discretion in the case of documented emergencies.
